Our Story

We created GRIFFIN’S to provide fresh seasonal beverages for any moment that calls for a cocktail.

Griffin began his journey working at a Michelin Star restaurant during a booming cocktail scene. His daily exposure to culinary techniques, unique flavor profiles, and a strong emphasis on the freshest ingredients greatly influenced his approach to cocktails.

For the past decade, Griffin has honed his craft while sharing his talents and passion to bring people together. Over the years he studied the classics, created menus, and learned what people enjoy to drink. Griffin’s wife, Petroula, has been his biggest fan and supporter since day one, sipping and sharing honest feedback on every cocktail along the way. It wasn’t long before they began bottling custom and classic cocktails for intimate parties and special occasions.

When the events of 2020 changed the way people come together, Griffin & Petroula aspired to create a new way to experience and enjoy freshly crafted cocktails.

High-quality craft cocktails shouldn’t be confined to visiting a bar or restaurant, but should be available for enjoyment in your own home.

At GRIFFIN’S we take an original approach to classic cocktail recipes by using only fresh produce, hand crafted ingredients, and thoughtfully selected spirits. Every bottle is carefully made in small batches, ensuring that we pay attention to every detail along the way. Most of all we want to expand people’s palates and prove that great cocktails at home can be enjoyed without the great hassle.
